Gabriel is PhD Business Administration (Candidate) at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Title of Thesis “Influence of Supplier Relationship Management Practices on the Performance of Energy Sector Firms in Kenya” supervised by Professor Gregory Namusonge and Professor Maurice Sakwa. He has an MBA from Kenyatta University. He’s also an alumnus of University of Nairobi and Kakamega High School.
Gabriel is Holder of Human Resource Practicing Certificate issued by Institute of Human Resource Management of Kenya – HR Professionals Body in Kenya; he’s the Director of Human Resource Management at County Government of Lamu. He is the Chief Advisor on HR Technical Matters to County Secretary. He worked as a Trainer, Consultant, Published Author, Motivational Speaker, Youth Counselor, Author and Community Leader. He is also a faithful of the Anglican Church of Kenya and ecumenical in his beliefs practices.
Gabriel has senior level work experience in Human Resource, Corporate Governance and Supply Chain functions in the Public and Private Sectors for Non-Profit and Commercial firms.
Gabriel has lectured in Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology, Mt Kenya University, the Kenya School of Government,and Three Colleges registered by the Ministry of Education and their programmes validated by Commission of University Education.
Gabriel has also written the most popular article for the Institute of Human Resource Management of Kenya online journal. He has spoken to several organizations.
